Saint caleb came in a dream

Last night Saint Caleb appeared to me in a dream. "To dethrone the tyrants Duke_Bilgewater and SkeletonBill you have to become stronger and faster than them, eat this." In front of him appeared a bowl of what looked like mash. "Eat this every day before you strengthen your body and practice your run." he added. Caleb explained to me it was an ancient recipe, made from rolled and shredded oats, raisins,flax seed, honey and half-fat milk. As soon as I said "Thanks Caleb." his phantom disappeared and I woke up.I immediately got up and crafted a bowl of his secret stew and added cinnamon on top of it because I heard lizard people like duke hate it. I'm eating my first bowl and I can already feel the difference. I have to shit so badly due to all the fiber my splits improved my 20 seconds each.
